Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer and include the packing slip to ensure a seamless processing experience.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
